Thanks to DocTrails and DocFlows, internal processes within IncoNed have been significantly improved.
For the company IncoNed, a company that takes work off the hands of participants and suppliers in various sectors by bundling purchasing, supporting the sales and purchasing process. The specific solutions DocFlows and DocTrails have improved the processes within IncoNed.
Converting the PDF invoices to an XML invoice in DocFlows contributes to the completeness of IncoNed's Dashboard. DocTrails provides an easy and fast way to establish EDI links with different suppliers and thus also optimize the invoice flow.
For example, the main advantages of using these solutions are the different EDI linking methods that DocTrails possesses. Not just one method available, but something for everyone.
Currently, IncoNed has 5 to 6 different methods with which DocTrails links with different suppliers. Because not everything had to be set up and developed in-house, the whole process has saved IncoNed a lot of time.
